Admission for the academic year 2022-2023 is currently open for MBZ Campus only.
In the MBZ Campus, the American curriculum is offered from pre-school to Grade 12. In Grades 11 and 12, students are offered alternative pathways through the regular High School Diploma, Advanced Placement (AP), or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
At Abu Dhabi International School, applications are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis, with preference for applicants listed in the below Priority Admissions section. Admission is only limited by the seats available.
If there are no vacancies in the grade level of the applicant, the applicant will be placed on a waiting list. The school will contact the parents/guardians of the applicants if a seat opens up.
Prior to registration, prospective parents and students are welcome to book an appointment to visit the school facilities.
Applicants must meet the age requirements for the grade to which they are applying. New applicants must attain a specific age by September 1 of the year for each grade as follows:
Exceptions cannot be made for students whose age is not within the required range, including those coming from abroad.

STEP 1
Download the student application form and fill it in and submit a hard copy at school, along with the below documents.
STEP 2
The Admission Committee will call you at the appointed time to let you know if the application has been accepted. If it has been accepted, a time and date for the in-person interview at the Abu Dhabi International School campus will be confirmed.
STEP 3
This interview is an opportunity for the new applicants to meet with the school. Parents will have to submit additional documents listed below and make a cash payment of the refundable application fee (AED 500). This will be refunded in full if the application is denied. If the applicant is accepted, the paid amount will be deducted from the tuition fee. For refunds, the original receipt must be submitted within one month of date of receipt.
STEP 4
If the letter of acceptance has been received, enrollment to Abu Dhabi International School must be completed before the student can attend school. Enrollment requires in-person document submission and a non- refundable registration fee of AED 1000 to be paid in cash at the Accounts Department. This will be deducted from the tuition fee. Parents who wish to register their child for school bus services, please do so at the time of enrolment.
